Leda consults companies in the orthopedic industry on their business development strategies. Her areas of expertise are strategic marketing and product development. She assists both early-stage and well-established companies in reaching their target markets. As well, she guides orthopedic surgeons and other inventors who wish to collaborate with device manufacturers. 

Leda is based in Toronto, Canada and can assist international companies in entering North American markets. 

Leda's training is in bioengineering and biomaterials at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the F-4 Committee of the ASTM on Medical and Surgical Devices and Materials.
